Account and data deletion in beFamily.

Users can request deletion of their account and associated data by writing to the official support channel.

How to request it

Send an email from the address associated with your account to soporte@besharpcloud.com with the subject "Delete beFamily account".

What data is deleted

Account data and health information you uploaded are deleted, including exams, documents, vaccines, medication, and associated dependent data.

Verification

We may request reasonable verification steps to confirm the request comes from the account holder before completing deletion.

Scope and timing

Deletion applies to active service systems. Some backups may be retained for a limited period for technical, legal, or security reasons and are purged according to internal retention cycles.
