To provide the family PHR service, beFamily processes account data (name, email, profile), health data (lab results, medical images, vaccines, medication schedules), files and media (photos of packaging, PDFs) and dependent data (family members or pets under your care) that the user chooses to register.
beFamily uses Google Cloud Vertex AI / Google AI to assist with reading and organizing information. Your medical data is processed privately: we do not use your personal information or documents to train public third-party AI models. AI does not provide medical diagnosis, and users should review data before saving.
We use a multi-tenant architecture with per-family data isolation, HTTPS in transit, and encryption at rest. Data is hosted on Google Cloud Platform servers located in the United States. We do not transfer your health data outside US-based infrastructure for storage. Temporary access can be revoked.
Under global regulations including GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA/CPRA (California, USA), and LGPD (Brazil), you may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any right or file a complaint with your local supervisory authority (AEPD, ANPD, CNIL), write to soporte@besharpcloud.com.
