beSharpCloud Refund Policy

This policy explains how we handle refunds for beFamily subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

Subscriptions and billing

beFamily offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider acting as Merchant of Record, or through the app store where you subscribed (Google Play, App Store). The price, billing cycle, taxes, and currency are shown before you confirm your purchase.

General rule

Except where required by applicable law, payments for billing cycles already completed are non-refundable. When you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of the period already paid; you are not charged for subsequent cycles.

Right of withdrawal (EU / UK)

If you reside in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. Because the service is supplied immediately, by subscribing you agree that performance begins right away; even so, you may request a proportional refund within that period by writing to soporte@besharpcloud.com.

Consumer rights (Argentina / Brazil / others)

Nothing in this policy limits the mandatory consumer-protection rights granted to you by the laws of your country of residence (for example, Argentine consumer law or the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code).

Store purchases (Google Play / App Store)

If you subscribed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, refunds are governed by those stores' policies and are requested directly through them. We can help guide your request, but the store processes the refund.

How to request a refund

Write to soporte@besharpcloud.com from your account email, stating the purchase date and the reason. We review each request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method; crediting time depends on your bank or payment provider.

Special cases

We may grant full or partial refunds, at our reasonable discretion, for duplicate charges, technical failures that prevent use of the paid service, or unauthorized charges you report to us promptly.
